Check your ERPNext version

Install Jarvis
Install the app, connect an approved AI service, and begin with a question that changes nothing.
Before installation
Installation is short. A useful rollout still needs a person responsible for access, the AI connection, and the first checked result.
Check the current compatibility information in the Jarvis repository before installation. On Frappe Cloud, custom apps require a compatible private or dedicated bench.
This person completes onboarding, manages the approved AI connections, understands the company's roles, and can test with a normal user account.
Use a question that matters today and has a result the team can verify, such as cash after this week's dues or invoices overdue by more than 15 days.
From the Bench directory, get the current public beta branch and install the app on the intended site:
bench get-app https://github.com/Aerele-RnD/jarvis --branch beta
bench --site your-site install-app jarvis
Replace your-site with the exact site name. Follow the normal backup, staging, maintenance, and deployment process used for every ERPNext application in that environment.
The exact Frappe Cloud controls can change. Use the current custom-app interface and the compatibility information published with Jarvis instead of relying on an old screenshot.
A managed workspace can show steps for the introduction, company details, plan, payment or trial, and AI connection. The live onboarding screen owns the current plan, price, trial, and payment terms for that account.
Connect only a chat subscription, API key, or local model method approved by the company. Enter credentials only in the AI model connection screen. Never paste a password, key, or token into Chat, Wiki, Business Notes, or Support.
Start safely: after the connection is usable, ask one question that does not change any records. Confirm that the answer and source records match that user's ERPNext access.
The Jarvis app installed on the ERPNext site is open source under the GNU Affero General Public License version 3. Its separate agentic loop is hosted and operated by Aerele Technologies and is not open source.

Your first session
Name one company, one period, and one question that matters now.
Check the dates, records, and assumptions behind the answer.
Ask for one safe next step, such as a draft reminder or missing-bill list.
Correct the work and decide whether the task deserves reuse.
Aerele can help choose the first task, connect the approved AI service, and set clear approval rules with your team.
